300 lb complete weight set: This set includes either a 700 lb (economy set) or a 1000 lb (standard) capacity Olympic bar. We also include Olympic plates weighted the following: Two 45 pound plates, two 35 pound plates, two 25 pound plates, two 10 pound plates, two 5 pound plates, and two 2.5 pound plates. Our deluxe 300 lb weight set includes a 1500 capacity bar!

400 lb complete weight set: This set includes a 1500 black chrome bar and the following Olympic weighted plates. Four 45 pound plates, two 35 pound plates, two 25 pound plates, two 10 pound plates, two 5 pound plates, and two 2.5 pound plates.

500 lb complete weight set: This powerful weight set includes a 1500 black oxide bar with spring collars and Olympic plates with the following sizes of weights. Six 45 pound plates, two 35 pound plates, two 25 pound plates, two 10 pound plates, two 5 pound plates, and two 2.5 pound plates.

*Did you know that resting a minimum of two to three minutes is optimal for muscle building? Researchers have found that the body produces greater levels of myofibrillar protein synthesis (MPS), the process in which the body rebuilds muscle density. One minute rests don't have the same effect on building muscle as the longer 2-3 minute rests have. So don't forget to rest adequately while working out! Some activities that are great filler activities include low intensity pedaling, walking and stretching.
