Exercise loops are smaller exercise bands with specific circumferences. These exercise bands range from 10 inches long to 30 inches long and are sized so they don't' require any additional cutting or presizing. The 10" bands are ideal for upper body isometric and core exercises, the 15" long exercise loops are great for lower body workouts, while the 30" exercise loops are convenient for full body workouts. We offer sets of bands with various resistance levels for all types of workout options and competencies. Our 22" loops are ideal for more dynamic movements.
